Att. Bedrettin Gürcan is founding partner of Gurcan Partners, which is an international law and consultancy firm located in Dusseldorf, İstanbul, Budapest, NYC, Tallinn, Kuwait, Warsaw, Prague and Belgrade.
He is a lawyer and entrepreneur who is working on legal tech. Bedrettin Gürcan is a member of two bars under İstanbul Bar and Budapest Bar (Foreign Legal Advisor).
He is an advanced level English Speaker and also can speak Italian and Hungarian. He is working on mainly IT Law, Corporate Law, Real Estate Law and working several fields of law as well.
He continues his PhD. research on the legal framework of blockchain technology at the University of Szeged.
He completed his International Relations Master from Budapest Business School and continue his LLM (Private Law Master) at İstanbul University.
He is an active entrepreneur. He is the founder of Hukuk Deposu (First AI lawyer in Turkey), Blockchain Law Lab (International Consultancy Firm, focused on the legal framework of Blockchain Tech) and LawInOnline, which is an international incorporation platform, especially for start-up companies.
He has a strong academic background and researchers.

Profesyonel derecede İngilizce kabiliyetine sahip olan Bedrettin Gürcan, İtalyanca ve de Macarca konuşabilmektedir. Budapeşte (Foreing Legal Advisor) ve İstanbul Barolarına üyedir. Macaristan’da bir baroya üye olan ilk ve tek Türk Avukattır.
Uzmanlık alanları Bilişim, Gayrimenkul ve Şirketler Hukuku alanında olup farklı alanlarda da çalışmaktadır.
İstanbul Hukuk Özel Hukuk Yüksek Lisansının yanında Budapest Business School’ da da uluslararası ilişkiler alanında yüksek lisansını tamamlayarak uluslararası ilişkiler uzmanı ünvanını almıştır.
Halen Macaristan’ın en iyi hukuk fakültesi olan Szeged Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesinde doktora ünvanıyla araştırmalarına devam etmektedir.
Aynı zamanda aktif bir girişimci olan Bedrettin Gürcan, Hukuk Deposu (Türkiyede’ki Yapay Zeka tabanlı ilk hukuk robotu), Blockchain Law Lab (Blok Zincirinin yasal çerçevesi konusunda danışmanlık hizmeti sunan uluslararası platform) ve özellikle start-up şirketlerine uluslararası şirket kurma hizmeti veren LawInOnline isimli girişimin kurucusudur.
Güçlü bir araştırma ve akademik altyapısı olan Bedrettin Gürcan, durdurulamayan şekilde değişen dünyamızda hukukun teknolojik gelişmelere katkı sağlaması gerektiğine inanmakta ve bu yönde çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir.
