Att. Bedrettin Gürcan is the founding partner of Gurcan Partners, an international law and consultancy firm located in Dusseldorf, İstanbul, Budapest, NYC, Tallinn, Kuwait, Warsaw, Prague, Belgrade, and Dubai.

He is a lawyer and entrepreneur who is working on legal tech. Bedrettin Gürcan is a member of two bars under İstanbul Bar and Budapest Bar (Foreign Legal Advisor).

He is an advanced level English Speaker and also can speak Italian and Hungarian. He is working on mainly IT Law, Corporate Law, Real Estate Law and working several fields of law as well.

He continues his PhD. research on the legal framework of blockchain technology at the University of Szeged.

He completed his International Relations Master from Budapest Business School and continue his LLM (Private Law Master) at İstanbul University.

He is an active entrepreneur. He is the founder of Hukuk Deposu (the First AI lawyer in Turkey), Blockchain Law Lab (an International Consultancy Firm, focused on the legal framework of Blockchain Tech), and LawInOnline, which is an international incorporation platform, especially for start-up companies.

He was born in the Hungarian Capital of Budapest in 1953. Nevertheless, he spent most of his adult life in North America, hence, fluent in both English & French languages apart from his native tongue Hungarian.

He moved back to Hungary in recent years where he continued his profession, as an Attorney-at-Law in the challenging legal field.

His extensive professional expertise on account of his local and international practice and pluralistic approach within the Legal and paralegal field provides a privileged client-attorney relationship. In an organization, the people, processes, and technology modell must all complement one another to create an effective pre-analized defense from cyber attacks.

Offer remote unlock services of mobile user locks for a large amount of mobile phones and tablets running Android. The success of remote unlocks or lock bypass depends on the Android Operating System version, the device vendors and device models. Currently we are able to open screen locks of devices running Android up to the latest version.

Currently we are able to provide forensics on remotely open or bypass screen locks of all devices with Jailbrake, not depending on the IOS device model, the device state if disabled or not, or the iOS running on it. For devices without Jailbrake we can remotely open or bypass screen locks of devices which do not have the Secure Enclave implementation and running iOS up to version 7.x.

Cybersecurity is the practice of protecting systems, networks, and programs from attacks originated from the cyber space. These cyberattacks are usually aimed at accessing, corrupting sensitive information, extorting money from users; or interrupting normal business processes.
